Restore FX's interdisciplinary approach involves utilizing the expertise of a variety of clinical professionals and working together as a team to perform a variety of specialized functions designed to meet the physical, vocational, emotional, and psychological needs of a patient.

The Functional Restoration and Pain Management Program
The Restore FX Functional Restoration Program is an interdisciplinary program designed to restore function, increase a patient’s ability to function with pain, improve quality of life, reduce reliance on medication and/or other healthcare services and bring case closure to Worker’s Compensation cases through return to work. During the Functional Restoration Program, our staff will assist patients in gaining flexibility, strength and endurance.  The program will teach new coping strategies, as well as educating patients on their injuries so as to better understand why their pain exists and how they can assist their bodies in controlling pain.  Our goal is not primarily pain reduction, but increased function.  No passive modalities are used. We also do not use methods or treatments that lack empirical validation in current medical literature.

Our Functional Restoration Program is CARF accredited at the highest level. Programs vary from 4 to 8 hours a day, lasting anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

The Work Hardening Program
The Work Hardening Program is an interdisciplinary, individualized, job-specific program of activity with the goal of return to work. Our work hardening program uses real and simulated work tasks and progressively graded conditioning exercises that are based on the individual's measured tolerances. Work Hardening provides the transition between acute care and successful return to work and is designed to improve biomechanical, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, and psycho-social functioning for the worker.

Our Work Hardening programs vary from 4 to 8 hours a day, lasting anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
